Telus is Launching the Motorola Milestone
February 5th, 2010There have been so many rumors circulating around Telus launching the Motorola Milestone. We first thought that it was coming out sometime in late January and that did not happen. Now we are being told that we can expect the release on February 18th. Internal communication has been sent telling folks that the launch is happening this month and that deposits for the phone are being taken at Best Buy starting February 5th. This is great news for Telus. They will finally be able to have the android phone. Our friends at MobileSyrup have said that many of the promotional and marketing pieces have begun to show up at both Telus and Best Buy. It is also stated that you will be able to purchase the phone outright or include with your plan. There is not confirmed pricing at this time. The question is, why wait. Isn’t the milestone offered on your site the UK frequency version? I believe the one Telus is offering will be for North American 3G

That’s correct. The one we currently offer is the Euro version. We will carry the North American as soon as it is available unlocked.

This is great news. I was hoping to buy an unlocked Telus Motorola Milestone from PureMobile. I had recently made a purchase of a Moshi Codex case on PureMobile. The delivery was fast and the prices here are great.
